Our Team

Keahnna Watts (she/they)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Owner

Our BCBA has worked in the field for over 7 years as a behavior therapist providing services in homes, ​clinics and the community. She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in ​Applied Behavior Sciences, and her yoga teacher certification (RYT 200). Keahnna is passionate about ​the benefits of yoga/mindfulness and integrates this with her knowledge of behavior to create ​individualized treatment plans that emphasize regulation and autonomy.

Hannah Harris (she/her)

Hannah has worked in the field for 4 ​years, and has a background in ​education. She is passionate about ​incorporating child led play, nature, ​and mindful movement into her ​sessions.

Ke​nz Turner (she/her)

I am very

privileged to have had the

opportunity to obtain a Bachelor

of Science in

Clinical/Counseling from

Colorado State University and I

will continue to use my

education to guide me through

my time at Align Behavior

Therapy. I was born and raised

in Colorado and I currently live

in Fort Collins with my partner

and our two cats!

  • Andriena Estrada (she/her) is passionate about connecting ​therapeutic resources to marginalized communities. She is ​bilingual and working towards her masters in horticulture ​therapy.
  • Jamie Ulibarri (she/her) has worked in the field for 4 years ​and is incredible at bridging communication using ASL. She ​is working towards her masters degree in behavior analysis.
  • Anthony Hernandez (he/him) is bilingual and has worked in ​the field for 5 years. He has a passion for helping teenagers, ​and has the ability to connect with others using his gentle ​demeanor.

Behavior goals are written to empower and teach the individual valuable life skills such as self-regulation, and communication.


We believe everyone has their own unique learning style and that should be celebrated! While seeking to address the full hierarchy of each client’s needs, we encourage self expression and creativity.

Therapy at the Farm

Beginning May 15th, we will be holding therapy sessions 3 mornings a week at Laughing Buck Farm in Fort Collins.

Daily Farm Activities will be held by your child’s therapist with 1:1 support. Additionally. there will be the opportunity for group engagement.

  • Animal time

How To Start Services

To get started, we need a referral from your doctor which includes the following:

  • A recommendation for Pediatric Behavior Therapy
  • A description of any goals or challenging behaviors you would like to address
  • Any diagnoses (an autism diagnosis is not required)
